Requirements:
The thesis can be written in Romanian, Russian, French and English languages and should be typed in the MS Word format. The volume - 2000 characters, 10 Times New Roman (TNR), single interval, margins 2x2x2x2cm, TITLE with majuscule and bold. The name of lecturer must be underlined. Below must be indicated the institution. Below - the name and title of reviewer and maximum 5 keywords. The author is responsible for the authenticity of presented data.

Each thesis must have a review, which will be scanned and attached to electronic resume. Will be accepted only the thesis that match all conditions.
Submission:
To participate in the conference you should send the thesis and the review by e-mail icyr07 gmail.com or to the conference secretariat: of. 348, #3 Academiei str., Chisinau, MD-2028, Moldova (Monday-Friday, 13.00-17.00).
The deadline is September 30, 2007. You have to indicate the type of your data presentation - oral presentation or poster.
Fees:
Participation fee is 20 EURO and include conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch.
Participation fee for participants from Moldova is 50 MDL.
